Refunds for change of mind, including pre-orders will be charged a processing fee of 4%, this is to cover payment fees that are not returned to us. This fee is mandatory on all refunds, except for pre-orders where the product has been delayed by more than 2 weeks from the date mentioned in the pre-order description.
No cards are guaranteed in any product unless specified in the description.
No return on booster packs or booster boxes, even if unopened.
No refunds on products once opened unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item unless it's arrived damaged / faulty.
Shipping costs on purchase is non-refundable if courier is already booked.
